Openhouse Grand Opening
MSLA teamed with Santos Prescott and Mercy Housing on an LGBTQ+ senior housing project, capping our efforts at Waller Street Public Park and Alta Laguna. Openhouse is sited adjacent to the Park and opened its doors in fall of 2019. Of its 78 units, 15 are set aside for those at risk of homelessness, while six are reserved for people living with HIV/AIDS.
