A new project in Paatsalu, Estonia

David Meyer and Nicole Kelly recently returned from visiting an exciting new 250-acre site in Paatsalu, Estonia. The clients commissioned MSLA to provide a masterplan for the estate that protects that surrounding nature preserve and honors the remarkable setting on the Baltic Sea. Plans for the estate include a new residence, guest quarters, boat house and a series of gardens that seek to embrace the spiritual essence of existence for the client and her guests.
