MSLA is working with Studios Architecture in the development of the extraordinary new Applied Underwriters Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. The campus is sited on top of a hill, within a prairie landscape of native grasses and oak trees. With all parking situated underground, the existing natural beauty of the Omaha landscape is accentuated, creating a contemporary destination focused on the prairie and the sky.
